Nicola Butler is an architect with over 20 years of industry experience in the Residential and Commercial sectors. She worked for large scale and small practices in both Auckland and Sydney before starting her own practice.

She is a renovation expert with a passion for turning houses into charming, light filled and cosy family homes.

Nicola is detail obsessed, providing bespoke architectural concept designs through to construction ready plans and including interior detailing.

With her projects spanning the North Shore, Northern Beaches, the Inner West and Eastern Suburbs she has experience with numerous different councils. Her expertise is navigating tricky council approval requirements and processes.

Nicola is a NSW Registered Architect (#8692) and a member of the Australian Institute of Architects. Nicola is a mum to two daughters, an amateur gardener and enjoys an oat flat white while scrolling pinterest.
